Fast paced Internet Company seeks an advanced Web Developer. Candidate must have experience developing web applications using PHP and MySQL in a UNIX Environment.
We are looking for someone with the skills and desire to help our company grow! You must have at least a year of practical experience with PHP and the ability to code in a clean and efficient manner!
Qualifications Required:
- Plan and develop new software
- Assist in complete database design (Queries, Indexing and Structure)
- Ongoing re-development of our current software
- Minimal system administration (Repairing corrupted tables, restarting services, etc.)
- Maintain and enhance our websites
- Required Qualifications
- Excellent PHP skills
- Experience with Linux, BSD or Solaris
- Ability to write HTML, CSS, XML & JavaScript
- Special attention to security issues (code and system security)
- Strong background in programming and database design
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Additional Qualifications Desired:
- Ability to program in PERL, C, C++, Java
- Experience developing WAP and Mobile applications
- Experience with AJAX, SOAP, Windows Mobile, RSS, Mambo, Smarty Templates
